So Close!

After careful consideration we are definitely going to start to sell mixes.  We are going to try to make them as inexpensive as possible so that everyone can afford them, especially in these economic times.  Michelle had a stroke of genius.  We are going to convert her family garage into a commercial kitchen!  The garage is small and they don't use it for very much so why not!

Kitchen triumphs: Michelle made the bread stick mix and had to alter it slightly because she didn't have the right amount of one of the flours.  It still turned out beautifully.  Jamie took the bread recipe (still trying to make it without corn starch) and made rolls in muffin tins.  They turned out beautiful too!
