A Name, A Name

Yes, against all odds we have agreed on a name. It is MJ's Pantry! (yah, I know you figured it out but we are super excited about it)  The name is simple yet catchy. Ok now for a really cool logo. And Jamie has almost perfected the bread! Michelle is a wiz at the muffins...they are to die for!

In the Beginning

In the beginning there were two moms who had children with food allergies. The one in common was wheat. They began to talk at church about how great it would be to start a bakery with gluten free items that actually tasted like the real thing! Oh how a wonderful loaf of gluten free bread would be (no more dried, nasty tasting stuff). The idea became bigger and more woderful to think of and then it happened. One of the moms was surfing for gluten freen baking ingredients and supplies and up pops an add on Craig's List for a gluten free Saturday Market Bakery! So the first mom called the second mom. Over a period of about an month they prayed, deliberated, talked with their husbands, ate samples of the food (and loved it!) and then bought it! Now for the hard part, trying to duplicate that wonderful bread. Now for an even harder part...coming up with a name!
